The Company shall provide the following services to the Candidate:
• Providing counselling face to face or over the telephone.
• Understanding the needs of the Candidate.
• Shortlisting employers for the Candidate in the country of choice.
• Preparation of the Candidate’s CV.
• Arranging and interview with the employer.
• Once the Candidate is successful, arranging an Offer Letter from the employer.
• Ensuring that the Candidate gets wages and benefits as per the laws of the country of employment.
• Assisting in the collection of all documents required for the immigration procedure.
• Arranging the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) from the employer.
• Arranging the biometrics appointment and visa for the candidate & her/his family.
• Payment of Lawyer’s fees as well as the fees for the biometrics and the visa.
• Organizing the payment of the skills charge in the country of employment.
• Payment of the airfare of the Candidate to the country of employment.
• Advising on Accommodation for the Candidate (and family).
• Provision of adequate working gear for the Candidate.
• Training on all British values.
• Cooking lessons.
• Driving lessons provided with board and lodging in India (if required).
• English competency advice. English language classes will be arranged if required.
• Advice on children’s schools.
• Understanding interview requirements.
The services will be performed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and the level of skill and competency of similar companies in the industry.
